VERY VERY noisy rooms and staff that don't want to help - shared bathrooms that aren't clean
Not much to like at all - staff were not helpful and also there is two flights of stairs, so hope you don't bring heavy suitcase. MOST IMPORTANTLY - a selection of the rooms are over a restaurant/bar street - I asked the staff for a quiet room and they gave me that - I asked if it was quiet and they assured me yes. Music and people didnt stop until 1:30am I approached hotel staff and they said unfortunately they cant change my room - and its normally quiet ( which is a lie ) also facilities weren't that clean and the front desk staff were not helpful. They laughed in my face when I said its noisy - they continued laugh and said sorry but nothing can do.

Overall stay was pretty ok.
Hotel was good for the price and location was good.
Showers dont have hooks to hang towels and clothes. There was a used cup with leftover coffee/choco when i checked in. No slippers/toothbrush.
